-RETURN POLICY-

Hair may be exchanged within 5 days of delivery for a store credit, as long as the rubber bands have not been removed, the wefts have not been unrolled, it has not been handles, brushed, dyed, cut, or installed. Hair must be in its original packaging and ready to resale. There are no cash refunds. A credit will be issued good for use in store or online.

To exchange, please ship your hair back to us along with a note advising us of your wishes. in addition, you must send hair in a box with SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION.
